1. Acceptance

By using SortStack ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by SignalStack Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SortStack is an AI-powered spreadsheet parsing tool. You upload files, we parse them into structured columns, and you download the results. We provide 500 free rows per account. Additional rows require purchasing credit packs.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person or organization.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
Credits never expire.
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the Service
Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process
Resell the Service without written permission
Circumvent usage limits or credit requirements
Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API

6. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any files you upload or results we generate. We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

SortStack uses AI and automated verification to parse your data. While we design our systems to achieve high accuracy, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Accuracy rates, statistics, and performance metrics displayed on our website or marketing materials are illustrative and aspirational. They reflect system-level performance across all jobs and do not constitute a guarantee of accuracy for any individual file, row, or parsing job.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all parsed output before use. We provide preview functionality, flagged-row review, and verification reports specifically so that you can inspect results before relying on them. By downloading parsed results, you accept responsibility for their use.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that parsing results will be free from errors or omissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalStack Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any damages arising from:

Parsing errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in output data
Misdirected, undelivered, or returned mail resulting from parsed addresses
Decisions made based on parsed data
Loss of or damage to your data during upload, processing, or download
Service interruptions or unavailability
Unauthorized access to your account

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignalStack Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
