SortStack is operated by SignalStack Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. When we say "SortStack," "we," "us," or "our," we mean SignalStack Media LLC.

2. Data We Collect

Account information: Email address when you create an account. We do not require a name, phone number, or physical address.

Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.

Uploaded files: Spreadsheets you upload for parsing. These are processed in memory on our servers and are not stored permanently. Files are automatically deleted after processing is complete and your results are downloaded.

Usage data: Basic analytics including pages visited, features used, and job completion rates. This helps us improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide the parsing service you requested
To process payments and manage your credit balance
To improve parsing accuracy (anonymized patterns only)
To send transactional emails (receipts, job notifications)
To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded files to train AI models. Your data is yours.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. Parsed results are available for download for 24 hours, then deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase: Authentication and database (hosted in the US)
Stripe: Payment processing
Vercel: Application hosting
AI providers: For parsing ambiguous rows only (no PII is sent; only anonymized address patterns)
